This Strawberry Milkshake Smoothie is naturally sweetened with fruit and gets its creaminess from protein-packed Greek yogurt. It's a healthy way to get your milkshake fix!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups lowfat milk
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed optional
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches or pineapple

Instructions

  • Place banana, Greek yogurt, milk, flaxseed and about half of the frozen fruit in a blender.
  • Blend until mostly smooth and then add the rest of the frozen fruit. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
