An easy roasted broccoli recipe that you can keep simple or dress up with garlic or Parmesan cheese.
Servings: 4 servings
- 1 ½ pounds broccoli cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cloves minced garlic or grated Parmesan cheese optional
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Wash and dry broccoli well. Place broccoli florets in a baking dish.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss until well combined.
Roast broccoli for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until crisp-tender. If adding minced garlic, add it halfway through the baking time and stir to distribute. If using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle it on after baking.
