This Strawberry Milkshake Smoothie is naturally sweetened with fruit and gets its creaminess from protein-packed Greek yogurt. It's a healthy way to get your milkshake fix!

- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups lowfat milk
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed optional
- 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen peaches or pineapple
Place banana, Greek yogurt, milk, flaxseed and about half of the frozen fruit in a blender.
Blend until mostly smooth and then add the rest of the frozen fruit. Blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
