Simple Roasted Carrots
These Simple Roasted Carrots are a scrumptious side dish for any meal! This roasted carrot recipe is so quick and easy to prepare.
Servings: 4 servings
- 8 carrots
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 425° F.
Cut carrots into 1-inch slices on the diagonal and place on a rimmed baking sheet.
Whisk together olive oil, paprika, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Pour over carrots and toss to coat.
Roast carrots in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes, until crisp-tender. Serve.
