These crispy Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts are seasoned with garlic and Parmesan. They are the best healthy side dish!
Servings: 4 servings
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1-2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Wash Brussels sprouts and dry well. Cut off stem ends. Cut Brussels sprouts in half. Cut any very large sprouts into quarters.
Place Brussels sprouts in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss to evenly distribute.
Place Brussels sprouts in an even layer in the air fryer basket. (Set the bowl aside for later use.)
Air fry at 370° F for 7 minutes. Transfer Brussels sprouts back to the bowl and stir in the minced garlic and 1 ½ tablespoons of the grated Parmesan. Return Brussels sprouts to the air fryer, spread into a single layer, and cook for 4-6 minutes more, until crisp-tender when pierced with a fork.
Sprinkle on the remaining ½ tablespoon Parmesan and additional salt and pepper, to taste. Serve immediately.
