Buffalo Chicken Wrap

These Buffalo Chicken Wraps are filled with spicy buffalo chicken, avocado, crisp lettuce and creamy blue cheese dressing. They're easy to make and perfect for lunch or a quick dinner.

- 2 cups cooked chopped or shredded chicken breast
- ⅓ cup buffalo sauce* homemade or store-bought such as Frank's
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- ¾ cup shredded carrot
- 1 avocado peeled, pitted and sliced
- ½ cup blue cheese dressing
Place the cooked chicken in a medium bowl. Add the buffalo sauce and toss to evenly coat the chicken.
Divide the romaine between the four tortillas, placing it down the tortilla in a line slightly off center (for easier wrapping). On top of the lettuce, add the shredded carrot, avocado and buffalo chicken. Drizzle with the blue cheese dressing.
Tightly wrap up each tortilla. Serve immediately.
