Servings: 12 sliders

- 12 slider rolls such as Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 ½ tablespoons plain Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
- 1 ½ tablespoons honey
- 6 slices deli ham
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter melted
Preheat oven to 350° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Keeping the rolls attached together, carefully slice the rolls in half and place the bottom halves on the prepared baking sheet; set the top halves aside.
Make the honey mustard sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, Greek yogurt (or mayo) and honey.
Spread the honey mustard sauce over the bottom halves of the rolls (depending on how much sauce you like, you may not use it all). Add the sliced ham in an even layer, followed by the shredded cheddar. Place roll tops on sandwiches.
Brush the tops of the rolls with the melted butter.
Bake for 8-12 minutes, until cheese is melted and sliders are warmed through. Cut sliders apart before serving, using either a sharp knife or kitchen scissors.
