Ingredients

  • 1 cup loosely packed chopped kale
  • 1/3 small banana frozen
  • 3/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1 small orange peeled*
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk or coconut water

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. (I recommend using a high powered blender to achieve a smooth consistency.) Serve immediately.

Notes

*Orange can be replaced with an additional 1/2 cup mango. You may need to add a little more almond milk if you use frozen mango instead of the orange.
