Ingredients
1cuploosely packed chopped kale
1/3small bananafrozen
3/4cupfrozen pineapple chunks
1/2cupfrozen mango
1small orangepeeled*
2teaspoonschia seeds
1/3cupUnsweetened Almond Milkor coconut water
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. (I recommend using a high powered blender to achieve a smooth consistency.) Serve immediately.
Notes
*Orange can be replaced with an additional 1/2 cup mango. You may need to add a little more almond milk if you use frozen mango instead of the orange.
