1tsp.vanilla extract
¼tsp.salt
Instructions
Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper; set aside.
In a large bowl, stir together the quick oats, puffed brown rice cereal, and peanuts.
Place peanut butter and honey in a microwave-safe liquid measuring cup or bowl. Microwave on high for 45 seconds, stir, add vanilla and salt; stir until smooth. Microwave 15 more seconds to re-melt if needed.
Stir peanut butter mixture into oat mixture until everything is evenly coated.
Transfer the mixture to the parchment-lined pan and use your hand to press it firmly into the pan. Refrigerate for at least an hour before cutting into bars.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
