This Fajita Seasoning is quick to make using simple ingredients that you probably have in your kitchen right now. With big, bold flavor, it's so much tastier than store-bought fajita seasoning packets!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar optional
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper optional

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk or stir until mixed well. If there are any clumps of seasonings, break them up with the back of a spoon.
  • Use immediately or store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 6 months.
