Sloppy joes are a great easy weeknight meal, and even though I have a favorite recipe for them, I can only eat them so often. There are so many other great recipes to try, plus we try not to eat too much beef in our house because it's not the healthiest of the protein options out there. Which is why I'm so excited about these Turkey Sloppy Joes with Hoisin and Cilantro.
