This refreshing fruit infused water will make it easy to reach your goal of drinking eight glasses a day!

fruit water in a mason jar

This fruit water is my latest obsession. If you have a hard time drinking your eight glasses a day, then you’ve got to try this. I actually love drinking plain water, and wouldn’t have any problem drinking enough of it, were it not for being so busy. Sometimes I just forget to sip water throughout the day.

When I have a glass of this refreshing fruit water, however, I’m much more likely to remember to stay hydrated. The flavors of the fruit, cucumber, and mint are infused into the water, making it taste amazing. You can adapt what you add to your water depending on your taste preferences. I’d recommend not putting too much mint or lime in your glass, as these flavors can get strong, fast. Just a little bit goes a long way.

Not only does this water taste great, but it’s also so pretty! That alone keeps me coming back for sip after sip.

It’s easy to get creative with this recipe. Raspberries or blackberries would be good substitutions for the strawberries or blueberries. You could even dress this up for the Fourth of July, by sticking to red and blue fruits and ice cubes. If you try any fun and yummy variations, let me know! If you are entertaining, this is a great option for a fun, non-alcoholic beverage. I like to serve it in pretty mason jars or even wine glasses. I’d recommend placing a bowl of blueberries and strawberries with a spoon next to the pitcher or water dispenser. Your guests can pour themselves a glass of water from the pitcher, and then add a few strawberries and blueberries from the bowl, rather than trying to scoop some out of the pitcher. It’s much, much easier that way!
