The One-Pot Pasta Recipes You’ll Want in Your Regular Rotation
I can always count on pasta to be a hit at my dinner table, which is why you’ll find these one pot pastas on my weekly meal plan again and again. I’ve rounded up 8 of my best one pot pasta recipes to help you decide what’s for dinner tonight!
I know I’m not the only one who’s tired by the time 5pm rolls around, and these easy pasta dinners have saved me on more busy weeknights than I can count. Most are ready in just 30 minutes, and every single one is packed with flavor. Dinner just got a whole lot easier!

These flavors always win! Sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasonings, spinach and parmesan make this creamy chicken pasta a family favorite. Serve it with some crusty bread and dinner is done! And if you love these flavors, try my Creamy Tuscan Chicken or Tuscan Slow Cooker Chicken Thighs next.

This easy ground beef pasta always brings everyone to the dinner table! It’s cheesy, saucy and just the kind of homemade comfort food we crave at the end of a busy day. I like to serve this one pot ground beef pasta with a Simple Green Salad to get those veggies in, too.

Bright lemon and creamy orzo take your usual chicken dinner to a whole new level. This lemon chicken orzo recipe is quick enough for a busy weeknight and fancy enough to make for company or a date night at home. I can always count on my whole family to love anything with orzo. See my Lemon Chicken Orzo Soup for another family-friendly recipe with the same delicious flavors.

Fans of big, bold flavors and creamy pastas will love this one! Use store-bought or homemade Cajun Seasoning to bring the spice, cream cheese makes it rich and creamy, and peppers and onions add flavor.

This homemade hamburger helper is exactly the nostalgic comfort food we crave at the end of a long day. It’s so much better than the box mix, made with simple, real food ingredients. I often make this when I don’t have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen but I still want to cook a nourishing, from scratch meal for my family. It’s so good with my Homemade Breadsticks!

This vegetarian pasta recipe has been one of my family’s favorites for years. It’s a delicious mash up of two of our favorite meals: hearty vegetarian chili and gooey mac and cheese. The best part is that it’s made in one pot in just 30 minutes.

This is my classic one pot pasta recipe, made with penne pasta, Italian sausage, jarred marinara sauce (for ease!) and mozzarella cheese. You’ll need only 5 ingredients to make this one! I like to serve it with Garlic Bread or Roasted Broccoli.

With ground beef, salsa, taco seasonings and cheese, this easy recipe is packed with flavor! It all started with my Slow Cooker Taco Pasta, which became an immediate reader favorite. I know you’re going to love this one pan stovetop version just as much!
I hope your family loves these one pot pastas as much as mine does!

There’s something about a warm, hearty pasta dinner that brings everyone to the table without any fuss, and that’s exactly what these recipes deliver. Plus, one pot means only one dish to wash, and after a busy day, that’s a win in my book.
I’d love to hear which one you’re most excited to try. Let me know in the comments below. 💛 And if you’re looking for more easy dinner ideas, join my free newsletter here.

The one pot Italian pasta sounds yummy, something I might have done. The orzo I want to try, and maybe the Tuscan one too. (Not sure if my family will appreciate sun dried tomatoes). I’m an experienced scratch cook, but often lack inspiration. I have recently tried several of your recipes (pork loin, chicken alfredo, fried rice) and appreciate your homey and delicious style (garlic!)
I love those choices! Thank you for trying my recipes! I’m so happy that you’re enjoying them. 🙂
