  3. Mmm what a great round up! So many to choose from! Sometimes I wish I had a family of, like, 50 people so making dozens of recipes at a time would be completely justified!

  4. Great roundup! I will be using these recipes year round. My family loves Mexican and Tex-Mex food so I cook it often. :) I will be starting with the Margarita Chicken!

  5. My husband & son fixed the shrimp tacos with avocado salsa verde last night. WOW, wonderful, especially the salsa! It would be good on so many items, use instead of guacamole (healthier too).
    I also made the vegetable enchiladas, using your enchilada sauce recipe. They were also a hit. I will be making them again, using whatever veggies are available and fresh. Thanks for sharing!
